Registered Marks, Copyrights, and Online Material Usage Permissions

 

The Fermented Life and The Fermented Life Collective (“TFL” and “TFLC”) retain all rights to their registered and common law trademarks, logos, and branding, including but not limited to The Fermented Life, The Fermented Life Collective, and any associated program names, imagery, or taglines (collectively, the “TFL and TFLC Trademarks”). These marks are legally protected, and any use of the TFL and TFLC Trademarks must align with the mission and purpose of The Fermented Life LLC and The Fermented Life Collective PMA.

 

Unauthorized use of the TFL and TFLC Trademarks to solicit funds, promote commercial products or services, or endorse organizations outside The Fermented Life and The Fermented Life Collective is strictly prohibited. Any representation that implies an official partnership, endorsement, or affiliation without express written permission from TFL and TFLC is not permitted.

 

 

Copyrighted Materials

 

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all written content, graphics, photographs, artwork, audio recordings, and videos available on this website (collectively referred to as the “Copyrighted Materials”) are the exclusive property of The Fermented Life LLC and The Fermented Life Collective PMA. All rights are reserved.

 

The Copyrighted Materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, or otherwise used in whole or in part, in any form or by any means, without the prior express written permission of The Fermented Life and The Fermented Life Collective.
